This beautiful Strad model violin was hand-made in the Vivarius workshop in Romania. The violin is constructed from high-quality European tone woods. It has a solid spruce top, a two-piece book-matched back of highly flamed maple and matching sides, neck and scroll. The fingerboard is high grade ebony, while the pegs, tailpiece, chinrest and end pin are all made of rosewood. The hand applied spirit varnished is beautiful and translucent. It is setup with an Aubert bridge, Hill style E fine tuner, and Pirastro Evah Pirazzi Gold strings. The tone of this violin is bright, powerful and balanced.
