SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA

Most items are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Please allow a total of 4-7 business days for your item to arrive at your door. Items will be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL, depending on your location. Please ask any questions prior to purchasing.    

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Most items are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. International shipping charges will be calculated on an individual basis so please contact us in advance with your complete address (including postal code) for an accurate quote prior to purchasing, or use the shipping calculator during checkout. Our preferred method of shipping for international transactions is by USPS-Priority International Mail, or Global Express (EMS), depending on your location. Items will be shipped only after we have received a payment confirmation. Please allow 7-12 business days for shipping from the USA to your country. Estimated shipping times do not include possible delays or processing time through Customs!

Buyer is responsible for additional costs such as import fees and taxes to your country (when applicable). Santiago Violins is not responsible for any delays in shipping time due to Customs processing times, natural disasters, or holidays. Also, we will not claim the value of the item for any less than the actual purchase price just to reduce import taxes and fees. We are only able to insure and claim the value of the item for the actual sales price.
