Santiago Violins offers a 3-day refund option which begins at time of delivery. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable! Your refund will only be issued after the item(s) you purchased has been returned to us in the same condition as when it was sent out from our shop. Buyer is also responsible for return shipping cost. Please pack the item(s) carefully just as it was when you received it, and ship it back to us using the same carrier and service we used.
